Located in the Santa Rosa district which is known for its agriculture, producer Jhoner Delgado Torres uses most of his shade-covered farmland to grow coffee. As an active member of the Peru LIMA Cooperative, he is careful to use sustainable methods and materials in his farming. Coffee at Finca El Eucalipto is picked ripe and depulped the same or the following day, then fermented dry for 25 hours in open-air tanks before being washed three times.

With the help of our friends at Cafe Imports, we were fortunate enough to source this lot of fully washed Bourbon and Caturra. An exceptional Peruvian coffee that you just can’t pass up!
